Terms & Membership Policy

1. Monthly Memberships

Actors On Camera Studio (AOCS) offers recurring monthly memberships for acting classes and certain coaching programs.

By enrolling in a monthly membership, you authorize AOCS to charge the agreed membership fee automatically each billing cycle until the membership is canceled.

Membership provides access to the classes or sessions included in the selected program. Tuition is not calculated based on individual attendance.

2. Attendance and Missed Classes

Members are responsible for attending their scheduled classes or coaching sessions.

Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, extensions, or reductions in monthly tuition.

Any make-up opportunities or exceptions are offered at the discretion of AOCS, subject to availability.

If AOCS cancels a scheduled class, the studio will arrange an appropriate make-up, credit, or other remedy consistent with applicable law.

3. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their recurring membership by submitting a written request to Actors On Camera Studio before their next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Members retain access to their included classes or services through that date.

Once cancellation is processed, no further recurring membership payments will be collected.

Membership payments already processed are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly approved by AOCS.

4. Membership Pauses

Membership pauses are not automatic.

Members who anticipate an extended absence may contact AOCS to request a pause. Approval and the effective date of any pause must be confirmed by the studio in writing.

Simply not attending classes does not cancel or pause a membership.

5. Membership Pricing

Membership pricing is confirmed at enrollment.

AOCS may change its rates with advance notice. Any applicable grandfathered or promotional rate is subject to the conditions communicated to the member.

6. Private Coaching and Other Services

Private coaching memberships may include a defined number of sessions per billing period. Scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the terms communicated for that program.

Headshots, workshops, actor reels, self-tapes, and other one-time services may have separate booking, deposit, cancellation, and refund conditions, which will be disclosed at purchase.

7. Communications and Billing Questions

Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current.

8. Policy Updates

AOCS may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting existing memberships will be communicated in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law and the member's enrollment agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
